When you use the diagnostic, we collect your email address and your child's first name. We also store your assessment answers and results in your browser's local storage so you can return and resume. If you subscribe, we collect payment details via Stripe — we do not store card details ourselves.
Your email is used to save and send your report, and to deliver subscription materials if you subscribe. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for email delivery, and Anthropic's API to generate your personalised report. Your email is shared with Kit for delivery purposes. Assessment content sent to Anthropic's API for report generation is not stored by us beyond your browser session.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@cognis11.com. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you.
